We are currently recruiting for the following positions at our Balbeggie depot.

WHOLEGOODS ADMINISTRATOR

This role includes sales invoicing, stock ordering, processing purchase invoices, sales related administration and telephone work.

You will be part of the HRN Administration team but will also work closely with the sales team, whose manager is situated in Balbeggie, and with whom you will work closely to fulfil stocking plans and reach sales targets.

The successful candidate should have a good knowledge and experience with Outlook and Microsoft Office especially Excel, an excellent telephone manner and good customer service experience.  HRN use a bespoke computer programme for which training will be given.  Drivers licence is advantageous due to the location of the depot.  An agricultural background is helpful but not a essential.

TRAINEE OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

HRN Tractors Ltd are looking for a Trainee Office Administrator to join our Balbeggie office. The role will involve shadowing existing staff members to be trained in all areas of office administration.  You may be required to visit other depots from time to time, particularly Stirling and Insch. Basic computer knowledge and a farming background would be an advantage. You will be provided with training as required for the role. A pleasant telephone manner and excellent communication skills are essential.

TRAINEE SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR

HRN Tractors Ltd are looking for a Trainee Service Administrator for our busy Service Department in Balbeggie. Full training in Service Administration and computer programmes will be given. The role will cover various office duties including answering the telephone. Good computer skills and a farming background would be an advantage. You will be self-motivated but able to work as part of a team and have excellent communication skills.
