HRN Parts Apprenticeship

At HRN we are investing in supporting young people into the workplace. That’s why we offer a unique apprenticeship for those who have an interest in working as a parts advisor.

Those who are lucky to be selected to join HRN as an Apprentice Parts Advisor will start their journey in our workshop, shadowing and learning from some of the top agricultural and construction engineers within the industry. It is during this introductory period of 3 months, we feel that is important that our Parts Advisor, fully understand the products that we sell and maintain.

As an HRN Apprentice Parts advisor, you will gain a level 3 City & Guilds Diploma in Vehicle Parts Principles. This qualification allows you to obtain a vast skillset that includes:

• Numeracy
• Literacy & IT

What will I get paid?

• Year 1 = Your hourly rate will be £7.00 per hour
• Year 2 = Your hourly rate will be £8.50 per hour
• Year 3 = Your hourly rate will be £10.00 per hour
• Year 4 = Your hourly rate will be £11.50 per hour

Will I be supplied with a uniform and PPE

All our staff are given appropriate workwear when you are enrolled as an employee of HRN.

Will I be entitled to the same benefits as non-apprenticeship employees of HRN?

Yes, when you join our HRN family, you will receive all the same benefits as those who are full-time served.

What if I’m not successful in my introductory period?

HRN understand that sometimes your career journey doesn’t go to plan, remember there is no wrong path. As a large company, we offer alternative opportunities, such as Service Technicians, Sales Representative, Warranty Administrators and many more. We will work with you.
